At KST Kustoms, we want you to be fully satisfied with your custom fashion pieces. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
